This $24.60 upgrade featured a simulated wood grain rim and a detailed center cap with a Barracuda fish emblem, circled by three Allen head bolts. Listed as "Rim Blow,” this rare wheel’s horn was activated by depressing an inner ring located in the rim of the wheel, making the uniquely decorative center hub non-functional.
