I was really impressed with the quality of the poster when it came. It looks really cool in my son's new apartment.

The

'55 Chevrolet Bel Air

For Chevrolet dealerships in 1955, there was big news:  the release of an entirely new design featuring the first V8 engine from Chevy since 1918. The 265-cid V8  was built with a clean sheet of paper and proved to be a fantastic power plant.

In addition to the new engine, the front end featured an aluminum egg-crate grille design said to be inspired by Ferrari sports cars of the era. This Coral and Shadow Gray two-toned Bel Air is modified in authentic "street racer" condition, with a deep oil pan and tubular headers among its "go-fast" upgrades.
